Blackcurrant fruit with a nice spiciness and some prune richness. The palate is thick & spicy with rich blackcurrant and blackberry fruit and good tannins. A superb port.

Type: Tawny Port
Country: Portugal – Douro
This is a great Tawny port. Full of sweet nuts and dried fruits and a great viscosity that creates legs that seem to never end. I find that this tawny is a bit softer and subtle compared to the Taylor’s 20, but it is still exceptional. The only thing that makes me sad about this port is that it is hard to find in the UK!

Fonseca Siroco is a white port, best enjoyed chilled — sometimes with a slice of lemon and some tonic water. It is a dry port, certainly one of the driest that you will find. Light and refreshing with sweet citrus flavours. Great for hot summer days or as an aperitif.
