For some, white port is a bit of an enigma. It is typically dry and very different in flavour to a traditional ruby or tawny port. This white port should be served cold, as an aperitif before a meal. Personally I liked this port, it was sweet for a white port. It would taste great with a bit of tonic water and a lemon (very refreshing on a hot day)!
