Of all of the Ricossa that I tatsed at the Tesco Wine fair this year, the Barbera D’Asti was the one that I enjoyed the most. Again a strong bold wine with Dark Cherries and plum on the palate. The aroma is oak with a strong earthy smell. The wine is also acidic, but not to the point of detracting from its taste.
Where can I buy some more 2007 Ricossa Barbera D’Asti? I came across some by accident at the Co op and would very much like to source some more
Hmm, not too sure. Tesco’s used to stock it and they may have some more.
